Winners will be selected each month as part of Bains Orthodontics' ongoing effort to directly give back to the community. As proud parents ourselves, we understand the importance of education and setting our future generations up for success. Apply now, as the first winners will be selected in April 2026!

Applications will remain open throughout the summer months for the next round of winners selected in September to kick off the 2026-2027 school year.

Winners will be selected from Clinton, Ingham & Eaton counties based on the responses provided below and to ensure fairness throughout the surrounding areas.
